Konfect Artisan Bakery was founded by Fiona Conroy in 2021. With a huge love for baking, Fiona decided to make a lifelong dream come to reality and set up her own business. A self-taught baker from a very early age, there was never a cookbook out of sight and recipes being tested any chance she could get. Anyone visiting the family home was always in for a sweet treat with their cup of tea of course after having her mother Josephine's delicious homemade brown bread. Konfect Bakery has been set up on the Family Farm in East Galway.

Here at Konfect we provide a click & collect service from Monday to Saturday. Variety of breads and treats also available daily. Our treat boxes are also available for delivery across Ireland (dispatched on a Wednesday/Thursday). Full details of items available for delivery can be found in the online shop.
